A LIL BIT ‘BOUT OUR BBQ PROCESS

We start with only fresh meats, NEVER frozen! We rub it lovingly with our own tasty creation of Herbs, Spices and Dry Rubbed Seasonings. We then fire up the pit with Hickory.We smoke our meat for 18-20 hours, over hot sweet embers, This process gives our true smoked meats a “PINK HEW”. So just sit back and sink your teeth into our fall-off-the-bone, best slow cooked BBQ in East Tennessee.
